Bins are weighed on digital calibrated scales at your loading dock. Immediate digital weighment receipts are recorded against your establishment's Bulk Waste Generator (BWG) ID.
Source Purity & 4-Stream Segregation Verified (Rule 5(1)(b))

Bio-CNG Plant Intake & CPCB Portal Filing (Rule 20(1))
Clean organic feedstock is offloaded directly at UPPCB-authorized Bio-CNG biomethanation facilities (such as EverEnviro Naini). Intake logs enable your local body to issue 3-year EBWGR certificates (Rules 6 & 10) and support your mandatory Rule 20(1) annual return on the CPCB Centralised Portal by 30 June.
